<p>The present invention relates to preserved abalone and a method for producing the same. Fishy smells of abalone are removed, and bacteria are controlled. Compared to conventional times, a storage period may be extended and a texture may be maximally improved, so that flavors and chewing texture of abalone may be improved.</p> |
