The present invention relates to a driving signal generating apparatus, a motor driving system using the same, and a method thereof. The motor driving system comprises: a motor device which includes a rotor and a stator; a driving control device which generates a voltage instruction by using a target speed input from the outside and a speed of the rotor; a plurality of inverters; and a driving signal generating apparatus which generates a motor driving signal corresponding to the voltage instruction by using one of the inverters, and provides the generated motor driving signal to the motor device.
