The present invention relates to galvanized steel with good weldability and a manufacturing method thereof. The galvanized steel comprises: a base steel sheet including 8 wt% to 25 wt% of Mn; and a galvanized layer on at least one face of the base steel sheet, wherein the galvanized layer includes 8 wt% to 40 wt% of Ni.
