The present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition and a thermoplastic resin produced from the same, where the thermoplastic resin composition contains a single particle size nitrile-acrylic-butadiene-styrene graft copolymer of an average particle size of 2700-4000Åor bimodal acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene graft copolymer which is acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene graft copolymer composition with the average particle sizes of 1000-1500Åand 3000-4000Å, acrylate-styrene-acrylonitrile with 800-1500Å, andα- methylstyrene-resistant copolymer. The thermoplastic resin composition has excellent impact strength, chemical resistasnce, a tinted property and a high thermosetting property, thereby, easily adapted to an industry requiring the same.
