<p>The present invention relates to a valve gear of a liquid filling machine. The present invention comprises: a valve case formed with a hole on the surface, first and second openings on a specific area of front and back sides, third and fourth openings on left and right walls; a tube supporting member with a through-hole inserted through the hole; a supporting member fixed on one side wall of the valve case in a way that a projected part is inserted into the third opening to face the inside of the valve case; a cylinder with a pair of protrusions having a long hole located on the first and second openings to guide a pressing protrusion at one end of a piston projected from the fourth opening into the long hole. The cylinder is placed inside the valve case. Also the present invention comprises: a soft tube inserted from the through-hole to go through the protrusion and the pressing protrusion inside the valve case; an end cap formed with a thread groove inside and a tube protruded past a specific height on the top surface to be fixed at the bottom of the valve case; a nozzle formed with a threaded part on the surface that is fastened to the thread groove while a pipe of a specific length is projected at the base; and a filter member inside the top surface of the nozzle to filter liquid impurities passing through the soft tube. Accordingly the soft tube blocking and supplying liquid is placed inside the valve case to prevent deformation of the soft tube by the air, so the soft tube can perform the role of blocking and supplying liquid. Also the simple structure of the present invention reduces the manufacturing cost.</p> |
