<p>The present invention relates to a printed circuit board (PCB) connector which has improved soldering quality and electrical connectivity, wherein the PCB connector is mounted, that is, soldered or fused, on a PCB by surface mount device (SMD) equipment or in an SMD production line. The PCB connector, even though the connector has a highly integrated pin structure, for instance, with pins more than 120, can be stably bonded to the PCB without a colder soldering joint by earth needles of lower connection pins having a protruding surface and an extended portion for enlarging a fusing area. In addition, the upper and lower connection pins respectively corresponding to a male part and a female part enables the elastically structured connector or a connection port to improve electrical connectivity (electrical contact). As a result, the PCB connector mounted on the PCB provides high performance as well as high quality connection with secured reliability and durability when the PCB is used, and prevents a breakdown (a short circuit) of equipment caused by vibrations and so forth, thereby providing satisfactory usability for consumers.</p> |
