<p>The present invention relates to exercise equipment comprising a combination of a plurality of frames. The exercise equipment comprises: a housing coupled to one side of the frame; a shaft fixing bearing which is fixated to the bottom of the housing and has a shaft hole in the center thereof; a main shaft which is inserted and coupled into the shaft hole of the shaft fixing bearing and has sawteeth formed on both ends thereof; a load shaft of which both ends are respectively protruding inward and outward from the housing by being rotatably coupled to a side wall of the housing, wherein a portion protruding inward from the housing has a sawtooth to be meshed with the sawtooth of the main shaft; a pair of rack fixtures which are spaced apart to both sides and fixated to the bottom of the housing outside the shaft fixing bearing; a pair of rack holders which are detachably inserted and fixated into the rack fixtures respectively and have a rack hole in the center thereof; a rack bar of which both ends are inserted into the rack hole, and which has a rack gear formed in a central portion thereof and is moved from side to side along the rack hole when the main shaft is rotated as the sawtooth of the main shaft and the rack gear are engaged with each other; and coil springs which are inserted into both sides of the rack bar and are elastically supported in one side of the rack holder in a compressed state so as to be more compressed when the rack bar is moved by an external force and be immediately returned to the initial position when the external force is eliminated.</p> |
