Disclosed are a mount board for mounting a semiconductor sensor on a surface thereof and a mounting method thereof. The mounting method includes a first process of generating a mount board with a groove on the upper sides of the boards with metal patterns, a second process of receiving a metal ball in the groove, a third process of melting the received metal ball through a reflow process, and a fourth process of mounting a semiconductor on the upper side of the melted metal ball.
