The present invention relates to a device for diagnosing a vehicle sensor and more specifically relates to a device capable of diagnosing the state of power supply supplied to a sensor mounted on a vehicle to shut off an abnormal supply of power and facilitate diagnosis of failures in a sensor. The device for diagnosing a vehicle sensor according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a control unit; a sensor unit, which runs on power supplied from the control unit to detect the position of a gearshift and transmit an output signal resulting from the diagnosis to the control unit; and a diagnosis unit connected between the control unit and the sensor unit to detect the state of power supply. The diagnosis unit includes a state output section to cut off the supply of power to the sensor unit depending on the result of the diagnosis and transmit an output signal indicating the cut-off state of power to the control unit. The said state output section is connected to an output terminal of the sensor unit and an input terminal of the control unit to transmit an output signal of a specific value to the control unit.
