<p>The present invention relates to a defective workpiece change device of a machine tool and a method thereof to allow a machine room separated into a setup room and a cutting room to solely stop the operation of the setup room to change a defective workpiece found in the setup room without stopping the processing operation of the cutting room in order to improve the processing accuracy of the workpiece processed in the cutting room, prevent damage to the tools, and minimize time and cost for changing the defective workpiece. Therefore, the overall productivity of the machine tool can be improved.</p> |
