<p>A laser ultrasonic measuring apparatus is disclosed. According to the present invention, the laser ultrasonic measuring apparatus comprises: an ultrasonic generation laser oscillator to irradiate a pulsed laser beam to one side of a measurement target object in a noncontact manner in order to generate ultrasonic waves inside the object; an ultrasonic detection laser oscillator to output a laser beam to measure the ultrasonic waves generated in the object; an optical fiber to collect and transmit a laser signal light by ultrasonic waves reflected from the object; and an interferometer to generate interference by making the collected and transmitted signal light travel back and forth inside the interferometer. The optical fiber comprises a first region to collect a signal light, a second region of which the diameter gradually decreases, and a third region having a diameter lower than the same of the first region.</p> |
