<p>The present invention relates to a sludge collecting and discharging apparatus of a screw type for a circular basin, comprising: a collecting vehicle having a scrapper to collect sludge precipitated by being connected to a rotating member on a lower side of the circular basin to a central hopper; a gear portion having a fixed ring gear in a gear shape combined on the external circumferential edge of a lower side of a central pillar, and having a pinion gear in a gear shape installed on one side of the collecting vehicle, and rotated by being engaged while facing the fixed ring gear; a collecting screw connected to the pinion gear in the front of the scrapper of the collecting vehicle by being connected with multiple bearings toward a rotary shaft, and rotated to transfer the sludge collected in the scrapper by being connected to the collecting vehicle with the bearings to the central hopper; and a rotary sludge discharging apparatus interlinked with a driving shaft connected to a reduction motor on an internal side of the central hopper, and discharging the sludge introduced into the collecting vehicle. By using the collecting screw connected to the central pillar of the circular basin with a gear, the present invention enables to prevent the sludge from protruding upward in advance, and to dramatically improve a discharge effect of the sludge since the sludge stacked on the floor of the circular basin to a hopper right away. By installing the rotary sludge discharging apparatus inside the hopper, the present invention enables to take in and discharge the high concentration sludge stacked on the internal side of the hopper. As multiple leg-shaped support portions are installed inside the central hopper, perfectly supporting the central pillar, and securing a collecting space, the present invention enables to easily discharge the sludge.</p> |
