In the present invention, provided is a functional tent for pre-conditioning fruits, comprising a ventilator (11); a first zipper type door and a second zipper type door (15,16); and a control unit (20) where the provided functional tent is installed for a structure housing with a tent-formed housing covering part and is allowed to uniformly supply external air from the ventilator driven by a motor to a storage unit having fruits like pears and accordingly prevents moisture content of fruits like pears from exceeding predetermined threshold values, thereby maintaining freshness of fruits while storing the fruits for two to three months before exporting fruits like pears.
