The present invention comprises: an insulating layer located on a first insulating plate; a pixel electrode having a first subpixel electrode with a second sub-part located on the insulating layer applying the first voltage and the first sub-part located on the bottom of the insulating layer applying the first voltage, and the second subpixel electrode applying the second voltage located on the top of the insulating layer; a second insulating plate corresponded to the first insulating plate; a first part located with the second subpixel electrode according to the voltage difference between the common voltage and the pixel electrode; a second part connecting the second subpixel electrode and the first sub-part; a third part not connected to the first sub-part from the second subpixel electrode; and multiple of micro branches extended to the opposite side of the first subpixel electrode and the second subpixel electrode located on the insulating layer.
