The present invention relates to a non-volatile memory device having a nano floating gate, and to a fabricating method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the non-volatile memory device has the floating gate to charge and discharge charges on a flexible substrate, wherein the floating gate comprises a linker formed on the substrate; and metallic nanoparticles growing from metal ion combined on the linker. |
