The present invention relates to a device and a method for data synchronization of an energy management system. The present invention comprises: a single line diagram generating server to generate single line diagram data and distribute the generated single line diagram data including version information to a workstation or web server; a workstation to collect the generated single line diagram data from the single line diagram generating server or web server, transmit a signal for requesting an update of the stored single line diagram data to a web server and download the single line diagram data from the web server; and a web server to perform communication between web servers located in each dispatching center and carry out sharing and synchronization of single line diagram data in the course of communication.
