The present invention relates to a device for automatically controlling an operation of blade of a tenderizer by sensing thawed pork meat and moisture of the pork meat, which resolves problems that irregular cut patterns on pork meat caused by the blade of the tenderizer enables seasoning sauce to hardly permeate into the meat and to easily stick to the blade of the tenderizer, thereby leading to damage to pork meat and finding fault on the pork meat product. The device comprises a pork meat transfer conveyor (100), a pork meat temperature sensor module(200), a pork moisture sensor module (300), a first rotation point touching type tenderizer part (400), a second point touching type tenderizer part (500), a tenderizer blade depth control part (600), a tenderizer blade angle control part (700), an axis guide rail part (800) and a micom (900). |
