The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition including a nano-carrier with dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline and, more specifically, a cosmetic composition including a nano-carrier in which dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline forms a barrier of nano-carriers wherein the nano-carrier is allowed to entirely block skin toxicity caused by using emulsifier because the nano-carrier does not use emulsifier compared with a normal emulsion system. In the present invention, the cosmetic composition including the nano-carrier of the present invention can be efficiently carried while improving skin by using dipalmitoyl hydroxyproline as an active ingredient, thereby securing high value of cosmetic materials.
