The present invention relates to a whole soybean curd manufacturing device and a manufacturing method thereof wherein the device of the present invention comprises: a steaming tanker which agitates a mixture of soybean powders and water and heats and steams the same; a heat generator which supplies heat to the steaming tanker; a cooling tank which cools the steamed mixture from the steaming tanker; and a touch panel which generates control signals by a user′s input and displays result of control. According to the present invention, the steaming tanker, the heat generator, the cooling tank and the touch panel are integrated wherein the integration can reduce volume and is accordingly easily carried, thereby securing a space for installation. |
