<p>The present invention relates to an auto-expanding and self-standing garbage bag capable of making a garbage bag or a recycling garbage bag used normally or outdoor to automatically expand and self-stand without a frame or a tool to be used as a wastebasket, and being tied and discharged as it is after use. According to the present invention, the auto-expanding and self-standing garbage bag comprises: a plastic garbage bag main body (110) having an open upper part; a first tube member (120) protruding along an outer circumferential surface of the garbage bag main body (110); a second tube member (130) protruding along the outer circumferential surface of the garbage bag main body (110) to be vertically apart from the first tube member (120); a plurality of hollow post members (140) connecting the first and second tube members (120, 130) with each other; a gas pressure control unit (150) connected and installed with the second tube member (130) and stably maintaining the pressure of gas; and a gas generator (160) supplying gas to the second tube member (130).</p> |
