Disclosed is an air conditioning device mounting unit for a vehicle. The air conditioning device mounting unit according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a HVAC coupled on the front of a cowl cross member; a crash pad arranged on back of the cowl cross member, while having a lower part combined with an upper part of the HVAC; and a defrost duct integrally formed on the crash pad, wherein the upper part of the HVAC and the lower part of the crash pad are coupled by insertion through an elastic force of an insertion means.
