Disclosed are a measuring device for pipe sediments and a measuring method of a pipe flux using the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the measuring device for pipe sediments comprises: a connection flange installed on a pipe flange or a ball value flange and having a through-hole; a laser distance sensor provided on one side of the connection flange to irradiate a laser to the inside of a pipe through the through-hole in order to measure a distance; and a laser transmission window provided in the through-hole of the connection flange to allow the laser irradiated by the laser distance sensor to be transmitted. Therefore, the laser irradiated by the laser distance sensor allows a measurement of a distance to sediments inside a pipe.
