A cold-rolled color steel sheet for a drum and a method for manufacturing a drum using the same are disclosed. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing a drum applying a paint comprising 60-70 wt% of a binder resin, 1-2 wt% of a silane compound, 0.3-0.5 wt% of wax, 5-15 wt% of a pigment, and the remainder of a solvent to one surface of a cold-rolled steel sheet and drying the paint to form a paint film. The cold-rolled steel sheet is processed in a drum shape when the paint film is formed.
