The present invention relates to a chuck to mount a workpiece comprising: a chuck body; and a base jaw. The chuck body comprises: a guide unit; a sliding unit; and a reinforcement unit. The reinforcement unit comprises: a left reinforcement unit; and a right reinforcement unit. The left reinforcement unit comprises: a first left reinforcement unit and a second left reinforcement unit. The right reinforcement unit comprises: a first right reinforcement unit and a second right reinforcement unit. The first left reinforcement unit comprises: a first left horizontal reinforcement unit and a second left horizontal reinforcement unit. The first left reinforcement unit comprises: a first right horizontal reinforcement unit and a second right horizontal reinforcement unit. The chuck to mount a workpiece further comprises a first horizontal reinforcement unit connection unit. The present invention prevents a support unit of the base jaw from having a sliding error since the present invention comprises the first horizontal reinforcement unit connection unit so as to easily manufacture the chuck to mount a workpiece.
