The present invention relates to a glass substrate contact type cleaning unit and a cleaning device equipped with the same. To be more specific, the present invention provides the cleaning unit comprising: a cleaning part (110) containing a cleaning agent; a body part (100) moving left and right along a guide rail (120) at the bottom; an unwinding roller (210) with a cleaning material (201) coiled around that is installed on both sides of the body part (100); a winding roller (220) to wind the cleaning material (201) unwound from the unwinding roller (201); and a roller consisting of a fixing block (230) installed at the bottom of the body part (100). The cleaning material (201) engages and goes through the fixing block (230) to contact and clean a glass substrate (g). The glass substrate contact type cleaning unit is connected to the upper end of a main body part (300) of the cleaning device comprising: a transportation part (310) at the top of the main body part (300) to manage the overall transportation; an air spraying part (320) located on both sides of the glass substrate contact type cleaning unit to spray air to a glass substrate (g) inserted and discharged; and a controller (330) at an external end to be connected with the glass substrate contact type cleaning unit and the main body part (300). The cleaning device contacts and cleanses a glass substrate (g) using the cleaning material (201) to perfectly remove stains and impurities left from the previous process and avoid scratches while cleansing a glass substrate at a fast pace to improve work efficiency.
