The present invention discloses a communications terminal and a method for selecting a network interface for each application at an application level without changing the kernel layer of the communications terminal to exchange data. According to the present invention, the communications terminal, which has multiple network interfaces, includes: a flow connection manager which is installed on an application layer and stores the setting information of the network interfaces for the respective application; and a virtual interface which is generated on the kernel layer by the flow connection manager, receives a transmission packet from a transmission application through an application socket, and transmits the received transmission packet to the flow connection manager. The flow connection manager checks the network interface corresponding to the transmission packet transmitted from the virtual network and transmits the transmission packer to the network interface checked through the tunneling operation.
