The present invention relates to a voltage generation circuit capable of generating an internal voltage. The voltage generation circuit includes: a reference voltage generation unit which generates a reference voltage having a constant level regardless of the temperature variations; a comparison unit which compares first driving force controlled by the level of the reference voltage and second driving force controlled by the level of comparison voltage to generate a comparison signal; and a voltage adjusting unit which generates the comparison signal increasing sequentially to the point of enabling the comparison signal. |
