摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of steel slag aggregate with high specific gravity and low expansion properties and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of steel slag aggregate with high specific gravity and low expansion properties, which comprises the steps of: obtaining secondary byproduct generated after refining a complex obtained from molten steel slag; melting the secondary byproduct by mixing the same with molten steel slag; undergoing oxidation treatment by blowing oxygen into a molten material; and quenching the oxidation-treated molten material. According to the present invention, provided is steel slag aggregate with high specific gravity and low expansion properties, which can be used as aggregate for general concrete, which has been conventionally difficult to be used, and can be applied in a concrete field requiring high specific gravity due to obtaining aggregate with high specific gravity. In addition, a byproduct generated after refining a steel slag complex which has not utilized due to high content of S or P component can be recycled.</p>
