METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MODIFYING CONTOUR OF OBJECT IN IMAGE

Disclosed are a method and a system for modifying a contour of an object in an image. A plurality of touch points may be received from a user if the contour of the object in the image is displayed on a screen. Each of corresponding contour points is matched in the contour with respect to the received touch points. Then, if a user moves the touch points, a path along which each of the touch points are moved is traced and touch point movement data may be generated. A change amount of each of the corresponding contour points is calculated based on the touch point movement data. Additionally, a curvature change amount of the contour is determined based on the touch point movement data. The contour is modified and displayed on the screen by reflecting the change amount of the corresponding contour point and the curvature change amount of the contour.
