[Problem] To make it possible to easily ensure and release airtightness in conjunction with a series of operations for opening and closing a cap and sufficiently ensure the airtightness. [Solution] When a cap (11) is rotated in one direction, a guide path (4f) of an inner tube (4) which rotates synchronously therewith moves to an open position at which powder cosmetics (A) which have passed through a through-hole (2k) in the diameter direction of a cylindrical portion (2h) is passed to an application body (10), and thereby airtightness is released to remove the cap and send out the power cosmetics (A). Meanwhile, when the cap (11) is rotated in the other direction, a closing portion (4g) of the inner tube (4) which rotates synchronously therewith moves to a closed position at which the through-hole (2k) of the cylindrical portion (2h) is closed, and thereby the cap is put on and the airtightness is ensured. Since the airtightness is thus ensured and released easily in conjunction with a series of operations for opening and closing the cap (11), and the cylindrical portion (2h) has repulsive force and restoring force, a desired surface pressure spreading approximately evenly outward in the diameter direction over the entire circumference of the cylindrical portion (2h) that forms a closed section is ensured for the inner tube (4), and the airtightness is sufficiently ensured. |
