FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: method of processing distillery stillage from grain material includes flocculation thereof at the initial pH of the processed stillage and separating into a residue and a clarified aqueous phase, the flocculant used being an inorganic salt flocculant - sodium chloride or calcium chloride with salt concentration of 35-40 g/l in amount of 4-5 mper 18-20 mstillage.EFFECT: invention avoids a step of neutralising the initial stillage, provides maximum purity of the obtained protein concentrate and enables to recycle the inorganic flocculant.1 dwg
