FIELD: electricity.SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes the generation of a high-voltage electric discharge between an in-series mounted anode (3) electrode and a cathode (4) electrode made of a hybrid-forming metal, generation of an inert gas eddy flow along the axis between the electrodes and injection of hot water steam into this flow. The high-voltage electric discharge between the anode and cathode electrodes is generated by the delivery of combined voltage to them. Between the electrodes probing electrodes (6) are mounted to remove electric energy. The claimed device comprises a quartz tube (1), the electrode anode and the cathode made of the hybrid-forming metal, an inert gas eddy flow generator (2) and as well at least one pair of probing electrodes designed to remove electric energy. The electrode anode is made as a water steam ejector; the electrode cathode is made as a nozzle (8) with an opening for hot steam release. The electric energy generator (5) is made so that it may generate combined voltage, including a permanent and a high-frequency component.EFFECT: improved intensity of the simultaneous generation of thermal and electric energy.2 cl, 1 dwg |
