FIELD: testing equipment.SUBSTANCE: suggested invention is used to estimate the dynamic errors of micromechanical and other small-scale inertia systems. The specified test rig is intended to generate angular oscillation in two planes varying under the harmonic law within extended range of frequencies, containing platform swinging in two planes, the platform is installed on the cross-like suspension, two motors with gearboxes, block linkage mechanisms converting the rotation movement of motors in the platform oscillations, and free rolling bearing. This test rig additionally contains a platform movement control system comprising digital converters of the angular movement along each axis connected with control unit, connected with motors, control computer with installed software and converters of angular movements of the motor shafts, implementing control by means of voltage generation of the motor armatures proportional to the set oscillation frequencies generated by the proportional-integral regulators using values of the each axis angular positions as the feedback signal.EFFECT: possibility of setting, simulation and synchronisation of the angular oscillations of the swinging platform in two orthogonal planes varying under the harmonic law within extended range of frequencies.1 dwg |
