FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to surface processing, firs of all, for lacquering of, primarily, body parts. In compliance with proposed process, excess atomisation is trapped by airflow and directed to electrostatic separator. In said separator at least major part of solids from excess atomisation precipitates in separation area of at least one separation surface. Electrically conducting material or mix of materials is used as a separation means. The latter is applied on one separation surface of the separator and features wax-like thickness at the room temperature.
