FIELD: engines and pumps.SUBSTANCE: electromagnetic control system of valves of a gas distributing mechanism of an internal combustion engine includes housing (1), in which upper and lower electromagnets (2) and (3) are located, coaxially to which springs (4) and (5) installed on the inner side of electromagnets (2) and (3) are located. The system includes a valve, the first disk armature (8) and additional second disk armature (9). The valve represents plate (7) with leg (6). The first disk armature (8) is connected to leg (6) of the valve and can interact with upper electromagnet (2). Leg (6) of the valve passes through the second disk armature (9). The second disk armature (9) has a possibility of interaction with lower electromagnet (3). In the upper part of the control system there additionally installed along the vertical axis is arming fork (12) that can interact with the disk armature of one of the electromagnets. The upper part of leg (6) of the valve is additionally provided with limit stop (10) with additional spring (11) that can interact with the disk armature of one of the electromagnets. Springs (4) and (5) of lower and upper electromagnets (2) and (3) have different stiffness. The invention describes versions of design of an electromagnetic control system of valves of a gas distributing mechanism of an internal combustion engine.EFFECT: reducing useful current and increasing actuation speed of a valve.5 cl, 12 dwg |
