FIELD: measurement equipment.SUBSTANCE: measured physical quantity is converted into a variable electric signal the amplitude of which is proportional to the physical quantity. The signal is rectified by means of the detector formed by two diodes located in the microassembly housing of "n" diodes. The received constant signal is amplified and converted into the physical quantity compensating the measured physical quantity. The size of the constant signal is a measure of the measured physical quantity. The third diode of the microassembly is used as a temperature sensor the signal of which is controlled by the current flowing through other series connected microassembly diodes "n-3", providing thus thermal stabilization in the microassembly housing.EFFECT: improvement of accuracy of measurement of physical non-electrical quantity at the expense of exception of results of measurement of the component caused by change of ambient temperature.2 dwg |
