FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: method of pile production by impression involves well formation without ground excavation by impression of a pipe with an end cap diameter exceeding pipe diameter, and pipe filling with mortar. End cap is pointed and features a borescope with diameter exceeding pipe diameter, for formation of a gap between well wall and pipe body. The gap is filled with a mortar with hardening retarder through flexible hose connected to nozzle attached inside the borescope.EFFECT: enhanced pile reliability, reduced construction period, simplified manufacturing technology.4 cl, 1 dwg |
