Provided is a transformative wavelength conversion medium including a fluorescent substance and a curable liquid component, wherein the curable liquid component includes an aliphatic resin component having average two epoxide groups in one molecule and a curing agent, the curable liquid component contains less than 0.5 wt% (based on total amount of the aliphatic resin component) of monoepoxide molecules, the curable liquid component is liquid at 25°C under air pressure, and the fluorescent substance is dispersed in the curable liquid component.
