Disclosed are a permanent magnet exciter for delivering high efficiency power and a generator thereof. The permanent magnet exciter for delivering high efficiency power may include an exciting rotor which is rotated by a rotation shaft, a first exciting stator which generates an induced current by the rotation of the exciting rotor, and an exciting stator which receives the induced current from the first exciting stator to generate exciting current through electromagnetic induction in the exciting rotor and forms a magnetic field.
