<p>The present invention provides a heat radiation sheet with an EMI shielding function, capable of efficiently shielding EMI and radiating heat by preventing a conductive adhesive layer from being hardened, broken, and flowing even though heat is continuously applied and obtaining high heat stability and high peeling intensity according to elapsed time change. The heat radiation sheet according to the present invention includes a conductive layer, a heat radiation layer which is formed on the conductive layer and is made of graphite materials, and a conductive adhesive layer which is formed on the heat radiation layer and includes silicon resin elements.
