<p>According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method to control a cooling and heating device comprises: a step of obtaining predicted temperatures and the unit costs of electricity based on time; a step of setting a target temperature for a cooling operation and a heating device operation; and a step of setting an operation plan of the cooling and heating device using the target temperature, the predicted temperatures, and the unit costs of electricity. The method to control a cooling and heating device efficiently reduces electricity costs while maintaining proper temperatures set by a user by precooling or preheating a building at a time when electricity costs are cheap.</p> |
