The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of Korean pork fermented ham including achyranthes and a Korean pork fermented ham manufactured by the method. Specifically, the present invention relates to a Korean pork fermented ham having an effects such as providing a new taste by salting, drying and fermenting back leg of Korean pig, and reducing alcohol contents in blood by adding achyranthes.
