<p>The present invention provides a separable heat exchanger for a show case and a heat exchanger method thereof. The heat exchanger is separated into first and second heat exchangers at a predetermined distance to allow cold air which has exchanged heat in the first heat exchanger to be mixed into an eddy, to be evenly distributed over the second heat exchanger, and to pass through the second heat exchanger, thereby allowing the sequential heat exchange through the primary and secondary heat exchanges and maximizing heat exchange efficiency. Therefore, a heat exchange area is reduced, thereby significantly reducing a production cost and maximizing the overall heat exchange efficiency of a show case.</p> |
