The present invention relates to a method for providing an electronic commerce payment service and a payment server using the same. The method comprises the steps of: confirming whether an amount for paying a commodity being requested for purchasing online is higher than the reference amount; providing a payment window which is displayed such that a plurality of certifying methods can be selected including a certification using an authentication certificate and an additional certification through an installment payment; and executing a certification for online payment using a selected certifying method among a plurality of certifying methods through the payment window.
