The present invention relates to a carbon dioxide keeping mechanism for a beverage bottle to keep a carbonated beverage inside a beverage bottle cool and to prevent the vaporization of the carbon dioxide by transmitting cold air inside a refrigerator to the carbonated beverage through a low temperature stick coming in contact with the carbonated beverage inside the beverage bottle. To achieve this, the carbon dioxide keeping mechanism for a beverage bottle to prevent the vaporization of the carbon dioxide in the remaining carbonated beverage inside the beverage bottle which has been opened once comprises: the low temperature stick having a length shorter than the beverage bottle to be inserted into the beverage bottle through an inlet to come in contact with the remaining carbonated beverage; a low temperature head formed at the top of the low temperature stick to have a diameter greater than the inner diameter of the inlet of the beverage bottle to transmit cold air in a refrigerator compartment to the low temperature stick; and a sealing packing disposed below the low temperature head to adhere to the inner circumference of the inlet of the beverage bottle to seal the beverage bottle.
