<p>The present invention relates to a fuel filter for a fuel pump of a vehicle and a method for manufacturing the same which is configured to improve the filtration rate and reduce defects of injection by minimizing the shaping process by injecting a supporting member and a discharging part cap using a filtrating filter. According to the present invention, the fuel filter will not be bonded by an injection to a filtrating part, thereby resolving the problem of a reduction of the filtering area by the area of supporting member which has been conventionally injection bonded. According to the present invention, the fuel filter for a diesel vehicle will not insert a filtrating part (SUS MESH) at the insertion processes of a cap and drastically supporting member, thereby preventing the generation of a foreign substance in the SUS MESH and reducing the process time for manufacturing one filter. Additionally, the SUS MESH will not be inserted into an injector, thereby drastically preventing a loss of labor and process time to fixate the SUS MESH to the injector correctly or resultant defects. Additionally, according to the present invention, the method can manufacture only injecting subjects (cap, supporting material) required to a fuel filter, thereby reducing the cost of manufacturing a mold by reducing or simplifying the size or structure of the injector.</p> |
