The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for supplying hybrid power using regenerative power generated from an offshore plant. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for supplying hybrid power in the offshore plant comprises: a generator; an AC/DC converter converting alternating current produced in the generator into direct current, and supplying the same into a DC bus; a power load connected to the DC bus and generating regenerative power; a first DC/DC converter connected to the DC bus; a second DC/DC converter connected to the DC bus; a first power storage unit connected to the first DC/DC converter and storing power if voltage of the DC bus is maintained over a first critical value during a first time; and a first resistance unit connected to the second DC/DC converter and consuming power if voltage of the DC bus is maintained over the first critical value during a second time, wherein the second time is longer than the first time.
