The present invention relates to a bearing for an engine and its main purpose is to provide a bearing for an engine which that improves engine output and fuel efficiency by reducing the frictional force between opponent parts. To this end, a bearing for an engine is manufactured in the shape of a half-round plate. The bearing for reducing friction in an engine has a relatively greater size than other sections in a load acting width, which is the width of an area having a regulated thickness to support a load by being in contact with opponent parts in a main load part which is determined as a section with a certain length from a point separated at a certain distance in a longitudinal direction from an end, and having a thickness that is thinner than the regulated thickness to reduce friction in the remaining part in a width direction beyond the load acting width in all sections in a longitudinal direction of the bearing. |
