A carbon dioxide recovering apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided to recover carbon dioxide contained in exhaust gas using an absorption liquid consisting of aqueous ammonia. The carbon dioxide recovering apparatus includes: an absorption tower absorbing carbon dioxide by reacting the exhaust gas with the absorption liquid and discharging the gas together with ammonia gas from the absorption liquid; a regeneration tower supplying the absorption liquid containing the carbon dioxide while circulating the absorption tower and discharging the carbon dioxide together with the ammonia gas from the absorption liquid after separating and regenerating the carbon dioxide from the absorption liquid; a main body providing washing water containing the carbon dioxide in the lower part provided to the upper part of the absorption tower and the regeneration tower; and a washing unit absorbing the ammonia gas by spraying the washing water into a first space and a second space by being divided into the first space where a mixed gas of the exhaust gas from the absorption tower and the ammonia gas is discharged and the second space where a mixed gas of the carbon dioxide discharged from the regeneration tower and the ammonia gas is discharged from the regeneration tower by a partition installed in the upper part of the main body.
