Disclosed herein is a compound of formula I, wherein the variables are defined in the specification, and the use thereof in the treatment of a condition associated with phosphatidyl inositol-3 kinase (PI3 kinase), specifically wherein the treatment comprises inhibiting said kinase. In one embodiment the treatment is the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer or small cell lung cancer.
